Congratulations for making it 25% through your 90 Day Goal! We are at the end of week 3 and ready to rest. Take time to practice your renewal rhythms so you stayed fueled for the journey.

This week we discussed tips and best practices for winning 90-Day Goals.  We used the SMART goal rubric to evaluate and guide our goal. If at this point of the journey you are ready to tweak or revise your goal, then do so with confidence!

Tip 21: Revise to Rise

The tools serve you, you don’t serve the tools. As you revise, make sure you are not simply making it easier because the effort is causing you to stretch beyond your comfort zone. Stretching can be a good thing and is often necessary for growth. Rather, revise in order to create more clarity and connection to the reason you set the goal in the first place.

We are always able to make modifications based on our real lives. Keeping perspective is so important because our 90-Day Goal is only a building block toward life dreams and aspirations that will take us years to pursue or become. Work hard, be kind to yourself, and enjoy the feeling of crushing your (perhaps revised) 90 Day Goal.

Please send me your questions, challenges, and suggestions as we continue in the 90-Day Goal Together. I look forward to hearing from you and sharing the journey with you.
