How It Works

Younique has many different elements that work together to guide you in the development of your Life Plan. Younique’s tools make all the difference. These tools drive you to dream based on your God-given design and then challenge you to define clear steps to reach that dream. The process can be very challenging, driving you to a deeper level of self-awareness and enduring clarity.

Step 1:

Discover & Name Your Life Call

Younique  begins with tools that enable you to examine and interpret your life story. You’ll evaluate your unique passion, abilities, and context to guide the development of your Life Plan. Finally, you’ll work through an experience of discovering and articulating your life’s mission … what we name your Life Call.

WAYS TO GET STARTED:

Only the Younique process weaves the truth of the gospel and the understanding of God as your Creator into every life design exercise.

Step 2:

Define Your Specific Goals

In Step 2, you’ll use a practical tool to develop a simple, time-bound set of goals that will guide you into the future. You’ll organize your goals in the categories of a 3-year dream, 1-year objectives, a 90-day goal, and right now rhythms, resulting in a single-page snapshot of your Life Plan.

WAYS TO DREAM AND SET YOUR GOALS:

Too many life planning processes either project too far into the future (with lifetime goals) or invest too little time in the practices you will need to develop to reach them. The Younique Process intentionally includes a dream that is close enough in time to be realistic and the necessary daily rhythms to pursue that dream.

Step 3:

Live & Refine Your Life Plan Over Time

In the final step of the Younique Process, you will begin to live out your Life Plan through the consistent rhythms you define in Step 2. You will continue the process of reviewing and refining your Life Plan over time, revisiting and tweaking it through daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual rhythms.

WAYS TO STAY ON TRACK AND CELEBRATE SUCCESS:

The built-in rhythms of this final step in the Younique Process integrate your Life Plan into your normal routines, all but guaranteeing meaningful progress. Too many life planning processes end with a “finished plan” without a mechanism to revisit and refine it over time.
