Will is a pastor who became a full-time vision coach to ministry leaders early in his vocational journey. He loves to design processes and tools to produce stunning clarity and break-thru the new normal. Thousands of churches every year use the visionary planning tools that he wrote about in Church Unique and God Dreams.

Adventure fact: An extreme sports wanna be, Will enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and eating Mexican food as often as possible.

Dave Rhodes


City: Atlanta, GA

LifeCall: To make the church a change-agent again by training believers in Wisdom and Power

Dave is the Pastor of Discipleship and Movement Initiatives at Grace Fellowship Church in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the co-founder of Younique and Wayfarer, and a collaborative partner for 100 Movements, 10,000 Fathers. Before coming to Grace Fellowship, Dave served as the U.S. Team Leader for 3DM and as Lead Strategist for Wayfarer. Dave has authored several books and resources including Redefining Normal: An Open Invitation for Ordinary People Wanting to Become Extraordinary Disciples. Dave graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University and went on to graduate from Beeson Divinity School with Master of Divinity. Dave is married to Kim and the father of 3 fabulous children—Emma, Izzie and Frankie.

Normal-and-then-not-normal-fun-facts: Dave enjoys playing golf, watching college football and eating chicken wings—and maybe eating chicken wings a little too much.

Kelly Kannwischer


City: Atlanta, GA

LifeCall: Kelly lives to convert hidden potential into deployed passion

Kelly has spent her vocational life as a not-for-profit executive, consultant and development professional. Formerly to becoming the CEO of Younique, Kelly founded OptUp Consulting, served THINK Together as the Chief Engagement Officer, and led Vanguard University as a Vice President and President of the Vanguard University Foundation. Kelly graduated from the University of Virginia and earned her Masters degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. She is married to Rev. Dr. Richard Kannwischer and is the proud mother of Danica (age 17) and Ashby (age 15).

Fun Fact: been to Disneyland more than 100 times!
