Motivation is high! Energy level is “full.” Let’s do this. I’m here to help.
Day 1 is all about getting started. Your 90-Day Goal is named and you are planning your week. Success is all about staying both focused and energized. Today I share more about the daily and/or weekly rhythms will keep you fueled as you attack your 90-Day Goal.
What are the rhythms you will maintain that give you life and renewal? At Younique we talk about these as NOW rhythms—your Next Opportunity to Win. As you launch off this week, it is important to manage your energy so you will make it all the way to the end of these 90 days. You can think about renewal in terms of your Health, Love, Work and Play. My examples:
- Health – I love to exercise. Follow me on Peloton at #ClickingNinja and share with me how you care for your spiritual, emotional, and physical health.
- Love – My husband, Richard, and I take a really long walk with our puppy, Austin, once a week. We talk, share, and reconnect. This is really important given the busyness of our lives with teenagers, ministry and work.
- Work – I read! One of my one-year goals is writing. Yes, I am working on a book. And I find that writing is fueled by reading. I make time to read, learn, and absorb so I’ll have something to draw on when it is time to speak, write and lead.
- Play – tee it up! We play golf as a family. Thankfully this is an activity that gets us outside and can be done year around in Atlanta (if you don’t mind bundling up in the winter).
