Master Trainer Certification Lab. This 2-Day training event is offered as a part of the Master Trainer certification process. You’ll gather with other exceptional leaders from across the country in a dynamic learning environment, designed to bring out the best in you.

What is a Master Trainer Lab?
The Younique Master Trainer Lab is the certification event for certified Younique Coaches who are advancing to the Master Trainer leadership level in their church or ministry.
Who can attend?
You must be a certified coach in order to participate in our Master Trainer Lab
When do they happen?
We typically offer two Master Trainer Labs each year. Check out our current available Master Trainer Labs HERE.
What do typical days look like?
The Master Trainer Lab is an interactive and collaborative experience designed to hone the facilitation and coaching skills you use as a certified Younique Coach. Workshops are designed for you to work together, practice, and explore questions that you have experienced in your context as a certified Younique Coach.
Do I have to do anything before I arrive?
Yes, to have the best experience possible then there are a few items for you to manage before arriving:
- Arrange your travel and lodging arrangements.
- Complete the prepwork. The Master Trainer prepwork will take 3-5 hours
- Pray and rest so you are ready to receive God’s word
What is the dress code?
Dress is super casual. Wear clothes that are comfortable to you. meeting rooms can be cool. We recommend layering for maximum comfort! Bring a sweater or jacket for indoors (in addition to outdoors if attending in the winter months).
What do I bring?
Your Younique Master Trainer Lab manual will be waiting for you! Leave a little room in your backpack or suitcase to bring the materials home. You are also welcome to bring a favorite journal, pen or pencil. If you are more comfortable with digital then feel free to bring laptop or ipad, but it is not necessary.
What about Food?
Refreshments are provided throughout the day! In addition we will also provide lunch and dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day.
